煎芋頭糕食譜:
臘腸 半條
蝦米
芋頭幼絲1/2杯至3/4杯
(不要太多)
粉漿:
粘米粉1 1/2杯(177克)
糯米粉1/3杯(39克)
水1 1/2 cups(350毫升)

調味:
五香粉1/2茶匙
鹽1/2茶匙
糖1/4茶匙
適量胡椒粉
油1湯匙

Fried Taro Cake Recipe:
Half Chinese sausage
1/4 oz(8g)dried shrimp
Taro shredded
1/2杯至3/4杯
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
(Don't too much)

Flour mix:
1 1/2 cups(177g)
rice flour
1/3 cup(39g)
glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cup(350ml) water

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp
five spices powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
Some white pepper
1 Tbsp oil
